True Blue Crew™ Photography
The True Blue Crew is the diverse, disciplined group at the heart of our hospitality efforts. Annually we capture new photography of our team members to keep imagery fresh and up to date, in line with the latest uniform standards. While we consider these recommendations, our goal is to highlight real team members in real restaurants.
Location
- Ensure location is photo shoot ready:
- Fully stocked inventory
- A clean, organized front and back of house
- A new or reimaged restaurant consistent with our latest design guidelines is preferred
- Avoid limited-time POP and seasonal decorations; focusing on general promotional messaging increases longevity of photography
Team Members
- Highlight diversity across age, gender and race
- Limited jewelry
- Long sleeved shirts are not preferred
- Hair should be pulled back; avoid covering the subject's face
- No heavy makeup; light foundation, mascara and neutral lipstick are OK
- Non-offensive tattoos and piercings are acceptable
Uniforms
- New uniforms in correct team member sizes should be shipped to photo shoot location
- No pins on aprons or hats
- Adhere to the latest Uniform Guidelines
